Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING:
We always ship within 3 working days after receiving payment.
Except for delays due to customs or the Post Office, products are delivered in 3-40 working days depending on where you live.
Italy: normally 3 days.
Europe: normally 12-30 days.
Posta1 and registered mail have a delivery code.
RETURNS:
-Our products are checked one by one in the laboratory before shipping.
-The functioning depends, as written in the description, only on the efficiency of your pistons and must be original or compatible (if replaced) but of exact dimensions to the originals to accommodate the spring supplied (we will verify the dimensions by requesting detailed photos).
-The warranty covers any manufacturing problems that we will recognize by simply sending photos of the object itself sent to us via eBay messaging (the photos of the product must be clear and not misleading).
In this case, a new product will be sent to you but NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.
The issued receipt must be shown.
-The color may be ruined with use but this will not compromise the functioning of the springs.
-The rubbers last for years. You must not move the spring along the stem after assembly otherwise it will come out of its seat and break. They are used to hold the spring in place and do not compromise the functioning. It is normal to see them pressed and that the edge is cut. If they need to be replaced you can find them in our Shop but they are not parts under warranty.
-The trunk is lowered and accompanied by closing it from the outside counteracting the force of the springs which after a few days will be very soft.
-We do not accept returns of springs installed on cars that we have not declared suitable or in any case after their assembly or use.
-The return is accepted only for second thoughts before assembly after checks (messages and photos).
-The return is at your expense.
-SHIPPING COSTS AND TAXES PAID ARE NOT REFUNDABLE (taxes for the impossibility of canceling the issued receipt)
WARRANTY:
The warranty only covers any very rare breakages of the product only if correctly installed and installed only on original pistons.
The rubbers are not parts under warranty.
The coloring is not a part under warranty and can deteriorate with use.
If the trunk gets stuck halfway open it is a problem with your pistons, as written in the description.

INFORMATION RELATING TO THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the legal right to cancel online orders of goods in accordance with the following information.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform MOLLEBAULE of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, or email).
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, EXCLUDING delivery costs, ON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS IN ORDER TO VERIFY THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN USE, MODIFIED OR TAMPERED WITH. These reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The reimbursement may be suspended until the goods are received.
Please send the goods back or hand them over to us or to MOLLEBAULE via volontari della libertà 58 30034 Mira (Venice) Italy, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us.
If the MOLLEBAULE package has been damaged, please use new packaging materials to send the product back to us. You will be responsible for the return costs.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
There are legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, within which we reserve the right to invoke the following in relation to you: there is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which, after delivery, are USED OR DAMAGED OR TAMPERED WITH.
We also inform you that you are required to reimburse us for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In jurisprudence, the installation of parts of motor vehicles is also to be considered "unnecessary".
